Installer Position
Responsibilities:
- Precision in the installation of hand railing systems according to project specifications and requirements
- Interpretation of blueprints and design plans to ensure accurate implementation
- Coordination with project managers and other team members for seamless operation
- Conducting inspections and adjustments to guarantee the highest quality and safety standards are met
- Providing exceptional customer service through professional interaction and by addressing any concerns or modifications requested by client
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hand railing system installations or a related construction field
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment required for installation
- Strong understanding of construction principles and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Installation Subcontractor Position
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end installation process of hand railing systems on assigned projects
- Manage a team of installers, ensuring timely and quality completion of work
- Coordinate with the main contractor (Artec) on project requirements, updates, and completion timelines
- Ensure all safety and building code regulations are adhered to during installation
- Handle any logistical challenges and provide solutions to ensure project efficiency
Requirements:
- Must own a registered and insured installation business
- Extensive experience and a track record of successful hand-railing system installations
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Comprehensive insurance coverage that meets Artec’s requirements
- Dedication to quality workmanship and adherence to strict safety and compliance standards
