The P & P Artec railing was chosen to further the look and the feel of precision and elegance pursued by the design team and owner.

Although we selected your product because of its modern good looks and the flexibility of the system, it was your installation team that impressed me the most in the end. They were extremely professional and exhibited the highest quality of craft.

One of the main organizing elements of the building is the central stair connecting the three floors of the building. The Modesto System is a perfect complement to the clean lines and contemporary feel of the building.

This railing system was chosen because of its functional aesthetics, as well as out demand for high quality, durability, and timeless style. The “machines” elegance of the railings offers a dynamic, high tech contrast to the natural elements of wood and stone.

The simplicity of the Modesto design, with its’ clean lines and elegant profile was our choice for the Lobby guardrail. We were delighted to find that the cost of the Modesto system was comparable to our second and third choice systems. The openness and refinement of the Modesto design completes the initial vision we had for this project.

In the Daniels Fund headquarters building we were looking for design sophistication and engineering excellence in every element. P & P Artec railings had both qualities. As the focal point of the main lobby, it sets the stage for the architectural and interior design experience.

The simple and classic detailing of the railing system enhances the aesthetics of the building and responds to the client’s desire to have an open communicating stair.

Eppstein Uhen Architects chose the double baluster system for it’s machined elegance and graceful articulation. The system was in total sync with our desire to accentuate space and promote an aesthetic of timeless modernity. We are truly pleased with the final product and well-crafted installation.

The client wanted an upgraded stair and railing system that would vertically tie together the second-floor bridge entry from the existing building, the ground entrance, student lounge and mailroom, classroom, labs and faculty offices as well as to act as a focal point for the building. The system selected ably met those criteria as well as all building codes and issues of economy. As you’ve seen from interior photographs, the space is beautifully complimented by your railing system.

We liked the clean, contemporary look of the railing and the selection of panel options. There was much flexibility and great co-operation from the manufacturer during the layout + shop drawing phase of the project.
